Submission Guide

PAPER

The conference adopts a rigorous peer-review process conducted by international experts. All submitted manuscripts must be written in English and strictly adhere to the conference template. Papers that pass the initial screening will enter a double-blind expert review phase. Upon acceptance, full papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and the corresponding authors will be invited to deliver an oral presentation on site.

Paper Requirements:

1) A minimum of 5 full pages, including title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords and references.
2) The similarity index of each article should be below 30%.
3) References must contain the full title of the cited article.
4) A maximum of 15 references per article is allowed, with only a maximum of 3 citations to proceedings articles.

For those a few authors who don't expect any publication of your papers, you're welcome to submit the abstracts to us and present your papers at the conference without publishing.

Policy on Multipule Submissions

CGEEE maintains a stringent policy against multiple submissions. Manuscripts currently under review, accepted for publication, or previously published in any conference or journal shall not be considered. Authors are obligated to refrain from submitting their work to other outlets throughout the duration of the CGEEE review process. Submissions must constitute original research conducted by the authors, accompanied by complete and scholarly acknowledgment of all prior work relied upon. It is incumbent upon the authors to explicitly delineate their own contributions from any pre-existing methodologies or results upon which their research is predicated. Reviewers are charged with the responsibility of ascertaining that these provisions are duly observed.
